严翩翩,博士,特任副教授。主要通过调控植物病原微生物被膜进行病害绿色防控研究,以第一作者在Food Science and Human wellness,LWT-Food Science and technology,Journal of Cereal Science等期刊发表SCI论文8篇。

1. 聚焦食源性致病菌生物被膜调控机制与多菌群互作研究
2. 开发绿色新型杀菌技术,有效抑制植物病原微生物生长,降低交叉污染风险,保障农产品产后品质
